A Cold One - All Good Things

SCSA's career came to an end in Dallas, Texas at the Survivor Series PPV.  That was when he entrusted five superstars to win the Five-Man Tag Elimination Match in order to remove the 'no striking unless physically provoked' stipulation of his Co-GM role.

It all started as a small protest against Austin as Co-GM of RAW.  It built up into the SS PPV.  Those who were against him wanted everyone to believe that he was so power hungry, therefore, he wrongfully threws his weight around to show off his authority.  The way I saw it, Austin never wrongfully carried out his duties as Co-GM.  He made all decisions in all fairness for those involved.  Yes, he did strike someone out of anger but that's the Stone Cold style.  However, once he was made aware of the stipulation, he then tried to get people to hit him first.

He's an entertainer and I can see he wanted the best for the fans.  He also wanted to do things his way because, he doesn't want anyone to do it for him.  He was restricted in his duties and he wanted to show that he's still the Toughest SOB!

Since it's all said and done, I don't think that RAW would be as good when Austin was around.  I do hope this was only a set-up.  To give Austin time away from the ring and to be able to rebuild his strength.  I know he wants to get back into the ring and show the world the true Texas Rattlesnake... Will Wrestle Mania XX be another return for SCSA or is this truely the end???
